James Cowart
James Cowart asked Chris Grabenstein:

Me and my brother have made a book series. He made one called the lonely lunchboxes about some lunchboxes that try to follow their humans to recess and have lots of adventures. My series is called the cafeteria crash which is about some food who try to escape from the school janitor. If you had any thing to say to feature writers, what would it be?

Chris Grabenstein The same thing James Patterson said to me when he was my boss at the J. Walter Thompson advertising agency in New York: Always write as if no one wants to or has to read anything you've written. Earn their attention with every sentence and every twist. Give your readers a reward for reading.
