I would like to nominate the following work: Seveneves Neal Stephenson 2015 https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/29457915-seven-eves?from_search=true&qid=46bQSiqlWc&rank=11 "Seveneves" is firmly in the Neo-Classical SF camp. The whole book is dedicated to tech and it defines the environment of the characters and the unfolding of the plot.

If you look on the left side of the page, there is a 'Voting Schedule'. Looks like they closed 10Dec. I think a book has to be nominated before 5Nov when the first round of voting starts, but I'm not sure. I've never paid much attention to it, but it all seems awfully early to me. I'd rather start nominating & voting in Jan of the following year when I've actually read all the books for this year.
