Which of your characters do you think is most like you?

Robin Lee Hatcher Oh, goodness! That's a hard question. My characters become very real, very individual people in my mind, so even when they are like me, they are more like themselves, if that makes any sense.

I put a lot of my own experiences into Allison (A Promise Kept) and Deborah (Beyond the Shadows) and Claire (The Forgiving Hour). And I think Cleo (Fit to Be Tied) has some of my quirky sense of humor and stubbornness. And I adore Katie (Catching Katie) because I love her spirit. I hope I have some of that without having some of her tendencies to march headlong into trouble.
