I am enjoying all your series, my favorites are the Dark Series and Torpedo Road Series, as soon as you give notice one will be published soon, I order it from my library so Im one of the first to read. How did you come up with the Dark Series in the first place ?
Christine Feehan
I used to tell my children stories at night, particularly my oldest son Calvert. After I lost him, I was devastated. As a mother, you have to get up and carry on. The world keeps going and you're in this place of numbness. The Carpathians were born from that. Feeling no emotion. Feeling as if there was no color or joy in the world. What brought that back? For them "the one". For me it was family. So, I blended them together.

In Murder At Sunrise Lake Zahra talks about a Village Elders son who wanted to marry her named Ruslan Islamov (who has ties to Russia, Turkey and her native country). She said he had gone to a tough school in Russia. Would that have been the same school (or schools) that the men of Torpedo Ink went to?

Hi Christine. While I'm trying to break the traditional format of writing to stand out as the book market is currently saturated, I intentionally published with a different format by removing chapters. Younger readers are really enjoying it, but traditional readers are criticizing my work. I'm really worried as two reviewers gave me 1 star. Book title is ONION: PRELUDE TO COLLAPSE . Do you think it's a risk as a newb?

Just started reading Dark Prince, and loving Mikhail and Raven both so much. Reading the series backwards as I have a tendency to do. All your characters come to life and all have such wonderful human qualities, even when they aren't really--I love how he is always searching for "answers to questions but at a later date." Do you have a propensity to use qualities in people you know for your fictional characters?
