Do you have a set routine for your writing? Or do you write when the urge strikes you and can't stop for hours? In essence, are you very much structured or is it like an urge you gave to go with? I very much liked your creatures in the Wayward series and was curious where the idea of them came from?

When I know where the story is going, I wrote A LOT. When I don't know where it's going, I'm miserable. In terms of WP, the creatures came from my nightmares.

Someone told me to watch a TV show named wayward pines, and when i researched a little i found out that i can read the novels unseated if watching. That is how i stumbled upon your books. And I'm really glad that i did. I loved the pines series very much. Dark Matter and Recursion are awesome. When is your next book coming up?
