Why does the Dark/Carpathian books have two different names? None of the others do.

Christine Feehan The official series name is the Carpathian series. But, readers called them the Dark books for so long that many people now call them that.
The Sea Haven Series had the same issue. That series was also called the Sisters of the Heart series by readers, which I happen to love!
