I just realized that the first book came out when I was eight. Now I'm 16! It's amazing how books and series can stay with you that long. Do you have any books like that? (BTW I've now read the first book 23 times)

Wow! You're right. I get emails from kids in college who started reading my books when they were young. Guess I've been doing this a long time now, huh? I read and re-read a lot of books published by MAD magazine from the time I was ten up to...today!
