Hi Natalie I'm sorry to hear about your husband's illness. I wanted to ask a more personal question but then realised it was totally insensitive and stupid as I don't even know you. So my question is just this: How many times have you read Pride and Prejudice in your life and is it a book you turn to during certain challenges over the years?
Natalie Jenner
Thank you, Steven, for your kind words about my husband. He has managed to significantly slow down his lung decline through the few treatments available for his disease (IPF), and at present remains as healthy on the outside as most. As for my all-time favourite book "Pride and Prejudice," I am not sure how often I have read it, but I suspect it is somewhere between five and ten times. It actually feels like even more times than that to me, because of how often I have also watched the film and tv adaptations. My life is just one big murky Austen soup at this point!

Hi Natalie--2 questions. First, will you be visiting the Poisoned Pen in AZ? (The Pen did both my book events, and they are amazing.) Second, I'd like to do a giveaway for your book in my May newsletter. Subscribers are avid readers, goodreads librarians, and bloggers; mostly women, 30+. I can mail a copy but would you be willing to send them a signed bookplate or a card separately? I'm looking forward to reading!

Hi Natalie. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind helping me find my next Jane Austen novel to read? I've watched the 2005 pride and prejudice movie and LOVED IT! and I'm currently reading sense and sensibility and finding it highly enjoyable! What might be a good next pick. Do you ever get tired of this type of question or since your a bookseller so you enjoy recommending people books? Thank you for your time
