There's a famous quote about this that has to do with turning on the faucet so the water can run. I truly believe this is the way to go. Even when I feel stuck, I start writing. I always end up getting back on track, and it's easy to go back and delete the first few awful paragraphs during editing. The great thing about writing is, as long as you clean it up later, no one has to know!
