Karen Dee asked Drethi Anis:

I belong to several romance book groups on FB and I recommend your book to them. Unfortunately some people won't read it because the cover says COVID-19 on it. They find it offputting to read a book that is about the virus. I try to convince them that it has nothing to do with the virus. I would imagine other potential readers feel the same. Would you consider changing the cover & omitting COVID-19?

Drethi Anis Hi Karen,

Thank you so much for your question. I saw your email last night and sent a response:
"Yes. A lot of people have brought the subtitle to my attention. The artist who created the cover photo for me is currently working on editing out the subtitle, so it won't be reflective moving forward. I plan to post it once it comes out and I hope it's able to draw more people in. Authors do have to keep the warning about outbreak and triggers, just so someone with those potential triggers does not read it."

Hope that answers your question. And as always, thank you for reading and for sharing. Hope you are staying safe!
