In the Funjungle series, would/could there ever be a recurring villain. Ex. SPYDER in spy school?

Stuart Gibbs In a sense, there have been recurring villains in FunJungle. The Barksdale twins. Marge O'Malley. Vance Jessup. Walter Ogilvy. But it doesn't really make sense to me to have a kind of evil organization like SPYDER. There are plenty of more realistic enemies, and once teddy figures out who those people are, they go to jail.
