I am currently reading Age of Empyre. I have read pretty much everything you have written. I have to say even without finishing it yet, you have out done yourself. You have moved my heart like no one since Tolkien. I devour books, looking for one that will make me think and feel something greater than myself. Brother, you HAVE DONE IT! Thank you and please will you Never stop writing? I couldn't bare it.

Dearest Beth. What a wonderful comment to find. I'm so very glad you have enjoyed the tales. You won't have to worry about me stopping writing. It's my favorite thing to do. Putting your "butt in the seat" is a problem for many authors, but not me. Many people ask me how I keep the momentum, and to me, that is kinda like asking a child how they are able to sum up the enthusiasm to play their favorite game! So, I'll keep the stories coming, and hopefully, you'll keep reading and enjoying. I already have two books of my next series (a trilogy) written, and I should be starting on the third in a few weeks (I'm finishing up some research). First book of that series (Nolyn) will be released Aug 3, 2021.

I was wondering, since your energies are primarily directed toward the Cycle series now (and it sounds like a huge undertaking), is it still possible we could get another Ryria Chronicles at some point? You still have it listed as an ongoing series (rather than completed), and I would love to continue to enjoy the adventures of Rocye and Hadrian! Thanks for all you do!

"Winter's Daughter" sounds better to me. Simpler and just as effective, or more so. ?

Hello Michael, I'm looking into reading your books because of recommendations on goodreads. I noticed your influences include Stephen King who most would say falls in the category of horror/thriller. King is one of my favorite authors and I was wondering if you write a darker fantasy or if they are filled with suspense like King's books? Maybe like the suspense and adventure from The Dark Tower series? Thanks!
