Lucy Felthouse To put me on your whitelist, you need to do that at your end, not mine. It depends on your email provider as to how it's done, but it's usually called a "safe senders" list or something along those lines - basically telling your provider my emails are okay and should be allowed into your inbox.

I don't know why your emails are bouncing back - perhaps my server is incorrectly flagging them as spam. If you let me have your email address, I can add you to my whitelist.

And what do you mean by having links to "get to me"? Which links do you mean, and in what way aren't they working? If I can find out, I'll look into it. Thanks!
