Who do you think has had the best character growth/development throughout the Summer Resort series?

Hard question! I have strong feelings for all the characters. Given the challenges that Dave faces, I'd probably pick him though. Don't want to give too much away, but suffice it to say that I think he comes a long way from the beginning of the first book to the end of the second.
