How much influence did your co-author for Dawn of Swords have? Did he only do some basic world building, or write entire passages? How much involvement was there?

David Dalglish Rob deserves a ton of credit for that entirely trilogy. The original outline was all him, and the vast majority of the initial rough draft he cranked out himself as well. I then went through over about a month hacking and editing and rewriting, then sent it back to him. After another pass, off to our editor at 47North it went.
