First, let me say THANK YOU for your amazing imagination and writing skills. I've enjoyed all of your series and novels. Currently I am doing a re-read of the Dark Series and I am reading Dark Descent. I love rediscovering things I had forgotten over the years. I am curious though - have you ever been to the Carpathian Mountains? If so, which region?

Christine Feehan I have never personally been to the Carpathian Mountains, but my daughter has gone there for me to help with research. I have thousands of pictures from there and she kept notes so I would know what the people are like, the smells, the weather, that sort of thing.
