Hi there! I have been writing considerably more this last year, especially after selling my nutrition store so I could work on my series full time.
As far as motivation, I usually know whenever I wake up if it's going to be a writing day or not. If I don't feel it, I don't force it. But days I DO feel it, oh boy. I think the most words I've written in a day was somewhere around 12-15k (average around 3 a day).
