Why is it so rare for the women to meet up again as adults, especially the ones who were together as children? Take Flame and Jonquille for instance, Jonquille helped save Flame's life as a child, she's married to a fellow Ghostwalker but they didn't meet up in Lightning Game.

Christine Feehan I disagree. Look at Toxic Game. They do meet up again. But I don't want to force anything so it feels contrived just because it would be cool.
I do see why readers would want that particular meet up though. You just never know...it could happen in the future.
