Hi Charlaine! I’ve been a longtime fan of your books (especially Sookie) and was so pleased to hear you were writing a new fantasy series. I love Gunnie Rose and cannot wait to read book 3. One thing that irks me to no end, though, is the fact that each book has a different cover style. Can you give any insight into why the hardback covers don’t match? I’m also a collector of books and hate when publishers (?) do this

Summer, the publisher was looking for the right look for the books, and I think has finally found it. I hope you find time to read "The Russian Cage" soon, both because I'm proud of it and I think the cover is stellar.

Hello, Charlaine! I really enjoy writing, and I was wondering what suggestions you would have for someone trying to become a stronger writer. I've always read that if you're a writer you need to be a reader. I also always hear that you should write every day. What would you suggest? If writing every day to exercise that muscle, do you write different things? Or should you write one story? Thank you for your time! :)

Hi Charlaine! I love every single one of your series! I have a very minor question about the timeline of the Sookie Stackhouse series. I own multiple copies of the book series. In about half of the copies of Dead Until Dark the second sentence says its been four years since vampires came out of the coffin and in the other half it says two years. Is this just an error or was there a reason for the change?
