I'm asked this a lot. I haven't suffered from writer's block so I'm not sure I'm the one to ask. I will say that I recommend writing even if you don't know what you want to say. Write something. Maybe you won't use it. Maybe it will be terrible. But write something. It's like muscle memory for dancers. You need to keep writing until something finally clicks in place for you.
