Is there any prospect of "The Flowers of Vashnoi" being published in print in the UK, please? (Import costs on the US print editions make those prohibitively expensive.)

I'm afraid not.
The nice SubPress edition of "Flowers", being sold out, is prohibitively expensive on the used market now even without shipping, though you can still get a (signed) copy from Uncle Hugo's at market price (ask) and they do ship worldwide.
It may be collected in some larger print volume someday, but that's not on the horizon yet.

(There is no prospect of any of my work being paper-printed in the UK, my prior outings there having been traumatizingly disastrous for all concerned. Fortunately, ebooks interpret British publishing as damage and route around.)
(Also note the Baen editions of the two Penric & Desdemona print collections do have UK distribution rights.)

I visit the Am. Society of Nondestructive Testing offices last week and saw the plaque dedicating their conference room to your father. 'McMaster' is an uncommon enough name that it caught my eye, and closer investigation revealed the quote from you. I had to explain my 'fangirl' squeal to my colleagues and the staff there. Any regrets/second thoughts a la Rowling saying Harry should have ended up with Hermione? For example I've never been able to reconcile Aral having Carl executed. Any terran place I can use as a mental picture of Cordelia's bay? Thought about it driving some of the California coast and wondered.
