Hi, you have inspired me to write my own Murder mystery Book, I wanted to know where you got the inspiration? How long does it usually take for you to write a whole book?

Robin Stevens I'm so glad to hear that! Good luck with your writing! I get inspiration from everywhere - every book I read, film I watch or place I go. Most of my books take me about a year, and I do a lot of drafts (maybe 5 or 6) on each of them.

So like, I am loving your Murder Most Unladylike series! I am new to your books, so I don’t know that much, and I have only read three of them in a random order cos they’re from the library (Death sets sail, a spoonful of murder, top marks for murder). Anyway I wanted to say, can you give any advice for me on writing stories? I want to be an author when I’m older and I write stories a lot.
