Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Daemon Manx The inspiration for Abigail came from my own life experiences and observations. Certainly, we have all felt different, maybe a bit awkward, and that we don't fit in. The world we live in can be a cruel place, filled with intolerant, oftentimes ignorant people. I have witnessed just how unaccepting some people can be toward those that are different, whether it be about race, beliefs or sexual identity. The idea of total acceptance and unconditional love is a prevailing thread in Abigail and part of the message that I want readers to walk away with when they finish the book. Like I have said in the past, strange things come in small packages.
