It's good to know our universe has more life to come, and that its return to Source is not accelerating. I do have another question: what is your take on the current notion of the so-called general "ascension" of Earth and its inhabitants?

Thanks so much for responding so quickly. I assumed that when a light being merges with the body, there is still a distinction between the animal/body and the light being. But I now understand from your reply that there is no distinction: it is a full merger. What I meant by "limits imposed by past experience and conditioning" is subconscious programming of fear/anxiety because of trauma. Is inner guidance possible?
