I just finished the Promise Falls books and loved all of them but I would really like to know if any further novels will resolve some of the characters such as David Harwood, Cal Weaver, and Det. Duckworth? Sure hope so.

Linwood Barclay Thanks for the kind words. I hope you also found Parting Shot, which is the very last of my Promise Falls novels (and in part explains the title). I think it's unlikely I will return to Promise Falls and its various characters, but you never know. When I switched to a new publisher around four years ago they were eager to present me doing something new, so I left Promise Falls and wrote A Noise Downstairs, which I set in a place I have also written about often, Milford, Connecticut.
