I REALLY liked Ernest Cline's "Ready Player One". It deeply resonated with me, probably because I'm the exact right generation for it (the book is heavily steeped in 1980's nostalgia).
The last three books I read are: "The Door" (Peter Clines's next book. Hasn't been released yet), "what if" (Randall Munroe), and "Robot Dreams" (Isaac Asimov). I've read "Robot Dreams" many, many times in the past.
