Andy Weir Yes. That's actually the central theme of the book. That people are inherently cooperative and want to work together against nature.

While reading "The Martian" I appreciated the great mix of puzzle solving and humour. It reminded me of Isaac Asimov, I was wondering if you would consider Dr. Asimov as an influence? PS. Thanks for a great book - I'm looking forward to your next!
