Will any of the characters from "The Martian" universe be appearing in upcoming stories? (Less a question about a direct sequel and more about an expansion of the character base that you developed so well.)

Andy Weir I don't have any plans to use those characters at all. Any story featuring them that didn't have Watney would be an immediate disappointment to the reader.
