What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

E.L. Strife I'm adopted and this actually is a common topic in my science fiction books! As far as the mystery element, it's mostly knowing that I come from somewhere else... but where? From who? There are a lot of questions that have always run through my head. But ultimately, it comes down to the notion that family is what you make it.

I have a lot of families. As you'll find in my stories, a lot of the characters will build their best family by choice, not by blood because there's no one who deserves more respect than the ones who have given up everything to give you a chance.
