Elizabeth Everett Thank you so much, Kathryn!! I do have some favorite historical romance authors who were huge inspirations. I only began reading romance, specifically historical romance about ten years ago, and my favorite authors were and still are Sherry Thomas, Loretta Chase, Beverly Jenkins, and Meredith Duran. However, my inspiration to sit down and write a romance was Julie Ann Long. I loved her voice so much and wanted to write just like her. Spoiler, I don't. I have my own voice, but she is forever my inspiration!
