Mr Warren. I hope you can clear something up for me. I see that your Wyatt Earp, An American Odyssey series has 4 books listed here on Goodreads. However both "Promised Land" and "A Law Unto Himself" are listed as book 3 in the series. Would please clear up if there are 3 or four books in this series and what the titles are? I would really appreciate it.

Mark Warren The publisher that originally put out the hardback trilogy chose that moment in time to stop publishing paperbacks. Therefore I had to go to a new publisher in order to have paperbacks available. This new publisher insisted on different titles for two of the books. They wanted titles less literary and more Western. It was that, or no deal. "Adobe Moon" became "The Long Road to Legend." "Promised Land" became "A Law Unto Himself." 'Born to the Badge" kept its name. On the plus side, I had an opportunity to add more material to the paperbacks. In book one, I got to add some newly found research about the Keys horse theft. In book two, "Born to the Badge," I got to add a whole new chapter that was dedicated to describing Doc Holliday a little better. Hope that clears it up. Thank you for asking. Others may also be confused about this.
