Hi. I am reading "Good Hope Road" and notice a discrepancy. When Drew arrives at the armory, he said he was dropped off. Jenilee asked him to take her to the hospital to see Nate and he said he had no means of transportation. Yet they left the armory, got in a truck and left for the hospital. ??? I have been reading/editing books for over 20 years. Need another reader???? Happy to help! Love your writing, Lisa.

Hi Judy,
That's the first time I've ever had someone write about that. I'm guessing some detail might have been edited out and then the discrepancy was missed in the back and forth versions between the editor and me. Many moons have passed since that book was published and I've moved on with a whole different editing team, beta readers, etc. I'm so grateful that the whole "Tending Roses" series remains popular with readers. Recently all five books were reissued with new covers, e-book and audio book versions. Thanks so much for your interest.

Hi Lisa - I really enjoyed listening to this book on Audible. It is so sad this could actually happen to a family. It's horrible enough they're poor, but to rip them apart seems completely unreasonable. Not bad enough, some of them end up with horrific people at the Children's Home and are abused. Thank you for this absolutely well-written story. Do you know where your next book will take you?
