Hey, I was reading the first Charlie Thorne book when I saw the Sri Lankan character. I used to live there as a diplomat and was happy to see it there, as Sri Lanka is special to me. But then I realized that it was published the same year as the Easter Attacks (I lived there during that) and that you would have been writing it when that happened. Did you put that in there as a tribute, or is it just coincidental?

Stuart Gibbs Honestly, that was just coincidental. I had wanted to have a Sri Lankan character in a book for years and it just so happened that Charlie Thorne was the right book.
