As an adult, I still remember something that I did as a child.
I was attempting to meditate, I was syncing my breathing to my heart beat.
I slowed my breathing, my heart slowed, I slowed more, and more, I stopped breathing, my heart stopped.
I was using my clock as a focal point, it was one of those rotating film one.
I felt psychically falling, I felt psychically flying forward.
I panicked, and pulled back to myself, from both directions.
The clock had stopped, and the black plastic front was now frosted white.
It was not repairable, the gears were filled with powered plastic dust.
