I hope you’ll forgive how long it took to answer this — I deliberately procrastinated so I could use my reply to give a concrete update on book four, and now I can!
The Case of the Carnaby Castle Curse has finally begun its first round of fittings and alterations. Barring any cavernous plot holes (unlikely at this stage but by no means impossible) then I feel confident in committing to a release date of mid-July.
I’ve enjoyed this process possibly more than usual, which is rather saying something, and it’s entirely because of encouraging comments like yours.
