My publisher for that series didn't want any more Midnight books. I'm concentrating on the Gunnie Rose books now, and THE SERPENT IN HEAVEN comes out in November.

I actually enjoyed your Harper Connelly series more than I did the Sookie Stackhouse, though I did read of those as well. Do you ever plan on continuing her story? I love the new series too, as someone who has dreamed of living in a small town, Midnight, Texas is super.
