After the Ninth House series is finished, will you continue to write YA or do more adult. Or is it like a whatever the series requires type deal?

My next book will be adult, a standalone historical fantasy. At least that's the plan. After that I have a YA project and an adult project cooking. And of course the third and final Alex Stern book. But yes, you're right, it's basically "whatever the series requires." I tend to know early on if a story slots into YA or adult or something else entirely. (I have a couple of something else entirelys coming soon too.)

I was wondering if you're planning on ever writing a book or series that's not in the Grishaverse? It's not that I don't love the world of Grisha, I was just curious. I love your writing and would be delighted to read anything you write, my curiosity just got the better of me when I started to think about another author who I enjoy, who did this, and I wondered if that would ever be something you'd consider?
