Hi Mr. Gibbs! I'm a huge fan and Erica's my favorite character. I was just wondering why she doesn't eat proteins and starch? I thought those gave energy?

Stuart Gibbs Please note that I am an author, not a professional dietician. Erica's comments about her diet are generally not supposed to be taken as serious diet advice. That said, I can't recall everything I have said about Erica's diet, but I am pretty sure that she never said she doesn't eat proteins. As for starches, there are plenty of people who believe that the less of those we eat, the better.
