I very much enjoyed your book "The Book of Lost Friends". Your portrayal of the tearing apart of slave families is heart-wrenching. But Hannie is so strong and kind. I also lost of piece of my heart for the teenagers in Augustine, Louisiana. To have it be a mystery on top of everything else was perfection!! Have you traveled to Louisiana?
