There's a lot to do! I occasionally turn my attention to the free website stories (one should be updating soon) but I have to focus mostly on the next book. That's what's taking up most of my time.
Do I know when the book will be done? No. All I can do is work on it until it's finished. It'll be Book Eight in the Nightlord series (Eric), then a book for Phoebe, and then back to Eric again. Somewhere along the way, I'll do more shorts, but I don't have a calendar for this stuff!

Will we get to see Erick improve his understanding of magic beyond the level of basic wizard training with physics education and undead magical power in the next couple of books? I would love to both see him make his actual skills more resemble his perceived skill and would love to get a better understanding of how magic works in your universe. Make sense?

Cosmology question! What happens to the soups from timeline-branch universes when they disappear? I'm thinking of a certain four from Mary's world. Do the energy state planes remain intact, or is the implied afterlife extra-universal? Seems like good design if the latter.
