Well, I don't think you'll like my answer, but to me it sounds like someone is very bored with life and is saying, "Oh I have done everything, now all there's left to do is die." So that's the first thing that comes to mind. The second thing that comes to mind, though, is that perhaps the person is saying that life is a challenge and he/she is challenging life to bring on more! :)
