Hello! I was just wondering, does Percy's ability to heal himself with water also extend to sicknesses that are not physical? Could he cure himself of a virus, like the flu?

Rick Riordan Interesting question. I'm not sure. I suspect he won't have quite that much control, although there are many legends in many cultures about healing waters, so it wouldn't be out of the question. He'd probably have to make a particularly great sacrifice to Poseidon, like a new Tommy Bahama shirt, perhaps.
