colomboamericana asked C.B. Cook:

How do you handle faith in your books, being able to draw people in without scaring them away? Also, what is your reaction when someone undermines or flat out refuses to read your books simply because of the fact that they are considered Christian literature?

C.B. Cook That's a great question! For me, it depends on the books. While some of my books have obvious Christian messages, some of the others, like the IDIA series, don't specifically mention Christianity. In those books, I try to bring in positive, uplifting themes that can still point people to God.

And if someone refuses to read my books because they consider they don't want to read something written by a Christian, that's their right! My goal isn't to reach everyone, but I hope that the people who do read my books find something in them that brings them joy.
