What are the chances the Acacia trilogy will be made into movies or television show? Loved them!

David Anthony Durham Thanks Marcus. Very glad to hear you liked the trilogy. Right now, nothing is happening with an Acacia film. The book was optioned a few years ago. A script was even written. But in the end nothing came of it and the option lapsed. So, no Acacia movie anytime soon. (There are, however, movie prospects for two of my other books. I'll offer more on that soon.)

Hi David, I read somewhere that the first Acacia book was revised after it was originally published. I'm trying to track down the new version for a reread, but it's not very clear to me how to find it. Where can I find it (edition/printing/publisher)? Thanks!

Hi, i have the first Acacia and thought i would look at reviews.i was surprised to see you also write historical fiction.i loved shogun by James clavell and Aztec by Gary Gennings...ever read them? anyway i was wondering what style of historical fiction you write.also what are some of your favorite hf and fantasy book and authors.trying to get a feel for your books since i have some yet unread.thanks for your time.
