Hi, Garon, huge fan! I've been re-listening to the series on audible to prep for the next book, and noticed that Eric never did find his dryad staff. I know it's fairly small potatoes for a universe-hopping "Ancient Evil From the Dawn of Time", but I always did wonder what happened to it. Did loop Eric pick it up post shipwreck? With how he over-engineers everything he owns long enough, I'd love to see him with it!

You can find the dryad staff in the courtyard in Tort's house. Eric doesn't recognize it, however.
Eric, being immortal, does have a tendency to lose things. As another example, remember the bow Flim made for him? Where's that? He put it down somewhere because he didn't need it at the moment--like you do with a long, awkward object--and he never picked it up again.

Can we get a story were Erik goes to all out war with vampires of another world, and I mean war. Not running away like in Nexus or doing espionage like in Flintridge but full blown, the vamps tried to chomp on the little person, strapped C4 to Bronze and held a preschool hostage level of angry Erik War. Don't you think that would provide the perfect backdrop to illustrate just how different Erik is compared to vamps?
