Did you spend any time living in the UK? Just wondering if the saying 'write what you know' holds true here considering more than one of your characters has lived there for work or school in their early 20s. Based on the number of cats, books/bookstores, and alcoholic beverages in your books, I'm not even going to ask if you like or 'know' those three things. :) PS - you are my favorite author!

I lived in the UK when I was ten, eleven, and twelve years old. It made an impression. Since then I go back as often as possible. I love London, but the north of England is my favorite place, particularly the Yorkshire Dales. Thanks for being a reader! P

I've become a little obsessed with all the books mentioned in Eight Perfect Murders! Are these all personal recommendations of yours? Or a better question might be: what are your all-time favourite thriller/crime novels? I understand if you don't have time to answer, but thanks for reading this anyway :)

I loved the book but I didn't love the book spoilers. Did you ever consider placing a short note at the beginning of the book, warning about the spoilers ahead? I would have read The Murder of Roger Ackroyd (which was waiting on my shelf) BEFORE this one. Now the book is ruined and I will never read it. Very, very disappointed.
