I have several questions 1.How many books do you have planned for the Half-Breed Series? 2.Why didn't Sam put Amber in her choir/household?

The Half-Breed Series will be four books, although I am hoping to squeeze in a few short stories and maybe a novella, too.
Amber needs to draw as little attention to herself as possible (which she's struggling to do!). Being a part of Sam's household would mean she'd carry a demon's mark, and might get noticed by other demons who know about the price on her head. Both Amber and Sam consider her part of the infernal family, she's just not "officially" marked as one.
