Hi Josh, I am new to your books and have spent the last couple of weeks reading various series - Dangerous ground, the art of murder, the Adrien English mysteries, the all’s fair series, etc. My question is when will book 6 of the art of murder be out? Poor Jason has got himself into a huge pickle- again!! I cannot wait for the next installment of this series!! Thanks.

Hi Roma! I'm so glad you're enjoying all the series characters and their various adventures. ;-) I don't have a firm date for the next Art of Murder book. I know it will be sometime next year, probably toward mid-to-late 2024.

Jan. 13 Corpus Christi, Texas Hi Josh! Happy Birthday! I know this sounds whiny but I really wish you would write a sequel to Out of the Blue. I absolutely love the story of Aubrey and Aloysius (Agent Pendergast anyone?) and I'm desperate to know if they both survive the war. Your stories are marvelous...Keep writin' 'cause I need something to get me through being stuck here in South Texas...blah. ~Robin

I have a question that has been on my mind since reading your unique and simply wonderfull "Come Unto These Yellow Sands". Have you written in other genres besides mystery and/or romance? Do you feel these genres are a perfect fit or do you sometimes feel restricted by their rules and conventions?
