Do you self-publish your books? And how did you do the audio book, what is the process of getting one of those put together? Did you pick the narrator?

Rick R. Reed No, I don't self-publish for the most part. Almost all of my books have been published by small presses, although the first two were published by a major NYC publisher, Dell. I use Audible's ACX service to find narrators and produce the audiobooks.
