I am a new fan of your books. My first read was, "The 9th Girl" and loved it. When writing a book, how many different scenarios do you have for the book or is it just one thought that you run with?

Tami Hoag I always start with the crime that the story will revolve around, and the core characters of the story. I just sort of turn them loose in my head and follow them around. I don't write from an outline, so while I may have a general direction to go in, I'm open to where the story takes me.
